Under this structure, NoLimits would act as the exclusive Master Franchisee and national operating platform responsible for development, execution, operational performance, and long-term scalability throughout Canada, excluding specifically carved-out markets predetermined by Foodtastic.
The structure is built around operational excellence, disciplined growth, premium real estate strategy, strong franchise governance, best-in-class technology, and institutional execution standards.
Beyond Traditional Franchising
NoLimits would serve as a fully integrated operating and development platform.
Rather than functioning as a traditional franchisee, NoLimits would operate as the single accountable national partner aligned directly with Foodtastic's long-term vision for Dunkin Canada.

Initial Development Commitment
200 signed locations within the first 18 months.
After the initial commitment, NoLimits proposes a minimum development pace of 100 locations annually thereafter, continuing until market capacity is reached.
Final market capacity analysis and regional deployment sequencing would be reviewed and approved collaboratively with Foodtastic.

Governance and Step-In Rights
Foodtastic retains protective rights if obligations are not met.
In the event of material operational breaches, development failures, non-compliance, financial instability, or failure to satisfy agreed obligations, Foodtastic would maintain clearly defined rights to intervene operationally, assume control of the development structure, or terminate the arrangement where necessary.
